Events & Retail Marketing Specialist, Australia

At Castlery, we design modern furniture for the way people live today. As we grow our retail presence in Australia, we’re looking for a commercially driven Events & Retail Marketing Specialist to lead showroom marketing initiatives and drive footfall, brand awareness, and sales performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute showroom-led marketing activations, with a strong focus on events, partnerships, and community engagement

• Plan and run end-to-end events (concept → execution → post-event performance) to drive showroom traffic and brand experience

• Partner with Showroom Managers to design local campaigns that convert foot traffic into sales

• Identify and build local partnerships and collaborations to grow brand presence and reach

• Own the showroom marketing calendar, aligned to key trading moments and product launches

• Work with central teams to amplify campaigns across social and CRM channels

• Track and optimise performance based on footfall, engagement, and campaign impact

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, retail marketing, or brand activations

• Proven track record of delivering high-impact events or local marketing campaigns

• Strong ability to translate brand experiences into customer engagement and traffic

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with retail/store teams

• Hands-on, resourceful, and execution-focused

• Exposure to performance tracking (e.g. attendance, engagement, conversion)
