Are you an experienced Motorcycle Technician — or an experienced Light Vehicle Technician looking to make the move into the motorcycle industry?

Worthington Prestige is looking for a motivated and skilled technician to join our growing Ducati and BMW Motorrad workshop team.

Whether you are an experienced motorcycle technician or a qualified automotive technician ready for a new challenge, we are happy to support the right person with the training and manufacturer development needed to make a successful transition into motorcycles.

You will work as part of a professional workshop team specialising in Ducati and BMW Motorrad, carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, warranty work and motorcycle preparation.

For the right candidate transitioning from light vehicles, we will provide appropriate training and support to build your motorcycle-specific knowledge and technical skills.

• Performing servicing, repairs and diagnostics on Ducati and BMW Motorrad motorcycles

• Carrying out mechanical and electrical fault finding

• Completing warranty and recall work in line with manufacturer requirements

• Preparing motorcycles for customer delivery

• Completing accurate job cards, documentation and service records

• Working to manufacturer specifications and quality standards

• Supporting workshop efficiency and workflow

• Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team

• Continuing to develop your technical skills through manufacturer training

• Qualified Motorcycle Technician or significant industry experience

• Experience working on motorcycles preferred

• European motorcycle experience, particularly Ducati or BMW Motorrad, highly regarded

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail

• Professional attitude and pride in workmanship

• Current motorcycle licence
