Landscape Construction Team Leader

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Team Leader to become a key part of our team.

This isn't your average landscaping role. We're looking for someone who genuinely knows their craft—someone who can build, lead and problem-solve with confidence while setting the standard for the rest of the team through their own workmanship, leadership and attitude.

This is a hands-on leadership position.

You'll be working alongside the crew every day while taking ownership of the day-to-day running of your site. You'll lead by example, oversee a small team, keep projects on schedule and ensure every job is completed to the high standards Elleven Landscapes is known for.

You'll work closely with the directors but have the confidence and experience to make decisions on site, solve problems as they arise and keep projects moving efficiently.

• Leading and mentoring a small construction team

• Working on the tools alongside the crew

• Reading and interpreting landscape and construction plans

• Planning daily site activities and keeping projects on schedule

• Coordinating materials, deliveries and subcontractors

• Liaising professionally with clients when required

• Maintaining exceptional quality control across every stage of construction

• Ensuring a safe, organised and productive worksite

• Identifying and resolving site issues before they become problems

We're looking for someone who takes ownership and genuinely cares about producing quality work.

You'll have:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in landscape construction

• Extensive knowledge of residential landscape construction techniques

• Experience constructing retaining walls, paving, drainage, concreting, fencing, timber structures, turf, planting and finishing works

• Previous experience leading or supervising a team

• The ability to read and interpret plans with confidence

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

• Experience operating excavators and other landscape construction machinery safely and efficiently

• A current White Card

• A current Australian manual driver's licence (MR licence highly regarded)
