Our client, a premier builder known for delivering high-end coastal developments, is looking for an experienced Finishes Foreman to oversee the detailed internal and external completion of a $36M boutique luxury apartment project in Manly.

Designed by award-winning architects this 5-storey development features 24 high-spec residences, premium custom finishes, landscaped communal spaces, and a tanked basement system.

• Finishes Management: Drive internal and external architectural finishes, ensuring flawless execution to luxury design standards.

• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage trade packages (joinery, stone masonry, tiling, glazing, services, and landscaping) to maintain quality and program timelines.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed inspections, manage defect tracking, and lead final commissioning and handover procedures.

• Site Operations: Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to clear trade interface issues and keep the daily program moving seamlessly.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain top-tier site safety, environmental controls, and site house-keeping protocols.

• Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a Finishes Foreman delivering high-end luxury residential, multi-residential, or high-spec commercial builds in Sydney.

• Eye for Detail: High standards for architectural detail, custom joinery, stone, and luxury fixtures.

• Trade Background: Trade qualification in Carpentry, Joinery, or Building (highly regarded).

• Leadership: Strong subbie management skills with a proactive approach to solving trade clashes before they impact the schedule.

• Competitive Salary: $160k – $180k total package based on experience.
