What you’ll do (but not limited to):  

• Join a large-scale complex project in design phase and move to Site for delivery  
• Ensure construction-related aspects of the project meet or exceed the required performance targets in relation to time, cost and quality 
• Maintain our contractual schedule/program, including productivity units and extension of time 
• Engagement and management of subcontractors from tender to scope delivery in a way to embodies our vision to be ‘the best people to work with’ 
• Monitor and report on task productivity, financial outcomes and performing cost control to ensure project targets are optimised 
• Provide daily support, team supervision and feedback to field operations to produce high-quality project outcomes against company set performance criteria 
• Ensure project HSEQ objectives are set, shared and adhered to maintain an exemplary safety culture aligned to the values of 'Safety is My Way' 

What you’re good at:  

• Aside from having relevant tertiary qualifications and similar project experience, you’re driven and confident in your management and planning abilities with both contractors/suppliers and project compliance as well as possess high standards in managing safety, quality and environment.  
• Experience in the delivery of commercial buildings/structures or rail stations.  
• You will have experience with civil and/or structural engineering principles across varies mid/high value projects.  
• Knowledge of slope stabilisation, disaster/flood recovery, pavements and traffic management would be highly desirable. 
• Our engineering teams are innovative, always ready for a laugh and willing to go out of their way to help each other and roll up their sleeves to drive positive project outcomes.
