OUR TEAM
Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial uses. With ongoing investment into research and development, we produce some of the world’s most high-performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems. And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.
YOUR ROLE
Contribute to the design and development of munitions
Conduct technical analysis, simulations, testing and prototyping activities
Develop specifications, designs and technical documentation
Identify and resolve complex engineering challenges
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Experience in mechanical design or Production manufacturing environments
Strong technical knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and engineering principles
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in collaborative and customer-focused environments
AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITY
A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
Additional information with regards to clearances is available from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website http://www.defence.gov.au/AGSVA/. In some cases, individuals who hold a current clearance from a foreign government may be eligible to have this clearance recognised by the Australian Government and be eligible for this role. The Australian Defence Trade Controls Act (DTCA) is applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
