Online Engine Parts Salesperson

About the role

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented online marketing and sales person to join our engine parts team. While experience in automotive parts is an advantage, it's not essential — full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected engine parts business. The ideal candidate will have an interest in online marketing and product listing processes, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to support both our online customers and our in-house engine-building team. You will also play a key role in helping grow our online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimise online product listings
• Maintain and update our parts catalogue
• Manage stock and oversee warehouse tasks
• Coordinate and promote online marketing initiatives
• Interpret customer needs and provide advice on engine parts
• Process and dispatch customer orders
• Represent our products and services professionally
• Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and high-performing team environment

About you

• Understanding of online marketing and engine components, or a strong willingness to learn
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• The ability to explain technical information clearly and simply
• A proactive, team-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• This role involves physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and climbing
