MUST have FULL FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY.
This role requires full availability, including weekends. University students with limited availability will not be considered.

The right person for this role will have:

• Customer service and retail sales experience

• Be open-minded and take the initiative

• Strong organisational skills

• Inventory processes and high-volume turnover of stock

• Focus on sales and customer service

• A passion for second-hand clothing and fashion

• An unwavering commitment to our UTURN service standards

• Sound knowledge of inventory and stock management

• The ability to form relationships and foster customer engagement

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English)

• Ability to make professional decisions

• The right to work in Australia with no work limitations

• Available to work on weekends
