Lead the design of a groundbreaking Statewide training framework for future Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
About the Role:
Join our team as a Project Officer on a part time, fixed term basis to work at Monash Health based at the Monash Children’s Hospital, Clayton.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of advanced practice neonatal nursing across Victoria. Working collaboratively with the Neonatal Advisory Group (NAG) NNP Working Group, you will coordinate the development of a structured Statewide educational framework that outlines competencies, standards and learning pathways required for Neonatal Nurse Practitioner candidates pursuing endorsement.
You will lead the design and development of a comprehensive educational and clinical framework, including a rotational training model, governance structures and placement standards — ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and statewide objectives.
