Our kitchens are run by award-winning chefs, built around seasonal menus, and held to a standard that actually gets people fired up to come to work. We're building the brigade for our new Kent Town venue — whether you're a Commi ready to level up, or a solid cook keen to sharpen your skills in a kitchen that'll actually push you.

WHAT'S ON YOUR PASS

• Nailing dishes to recipe, portion and presentation, every single service
• Owning your section — mise, cleanliness, stock rotation, quality control
• Moving across pub dining, café, catering and functions as the day demands
• Keeping the CDPs and Sous in the loop through service
• Backing up the kitchen hands and keeping the vibe tight
• HACCP, WHS and food safety, locked in every shift

YOU'VE GOT

• Solid experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Genuine pride in what leaves your section
• A current Food Handler Certificate (non-negotiable)
• Cert III in Commercial Cookery — done or in progress, big plus
• Fitness for the pace, a cool head under fire, and a team-first attitude
• Availability across brekkie, lunch and dinner shifts
