Would you like to be a part of the Family? We have an exciting opportunity available for a full time Store Manager to join our Manly store. 

The Role

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring outstanding customer service, energy and drive across our Manly store. You will engage with and deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Effectively engaging with and assisting our customers

• Receive, process and organise stock, including visual merchandising according to guidelines

• Process sales through POS

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide customers with accurate advice and recommendations

• Effectively contribute to a culture of exceptional customer service standards

• Inspire and mentor our retail team as a role model and brand ambassador

• Perform operational duties including end of day processing and cleaning, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock control and cash management

• Training and developing a team of casual sales assistants

About you

Your previous retail experience within a brand and/or multi-brand environment will enable you to keep Afends ahead of the curb! To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated retail experience, ideally within a similar mono or multi-brand environment

• Excellent customer service skills, forward-thinking and highly organised

• Ability to effectively manage rostering and wage control

• Exceptional visual merchandising and stock control capabilities 

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve KPI’s

• Commitment to delivering exceptional brand experience through sound product knowledge

• Willingness to work weekends and across our various retail stores where required

• Positive and friendly attitude with a talent for problem solving
