An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and motivated team member to join our Food & Beverage leadership team as a Relief Food & Beverage (FOH) Operations Manager.

This role provides the opportunity to step into the Operations Manager position as required, supporting the Food & Beverage team while gaining valuable leadership experience across our diverse Food & Beverage outlets.

About the Role

As the Relief Food & Beverage (FOH) Operations Manager, you will provide operational leadership across our Food & Beverage venues, ensuring our outlets are appropriately staffed, well-presented and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Working closely with Team Leaders and front-of-house teams, you will support the day-to-day operation, lead by example and maintain the high service standards our guests expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the daily operation of multiple Food & Beverage outlets.
• Leading, coaching and developing Team Leaders and front-of-house employees.
• Ensuring venues are appropriately staffed and operating efficiently.
• Assisting with rostering in line with Award requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, service and operational excellence.
• Monitoring stock levels, stock ordering and stocktaking.
• Ensuring compliance with RSA legislation, company policies and operational procedures.
• Promoting a positive, accountable and collaborative team culture.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous leadership experience within Food & Beverage operations.
• Experience working in a large multi-outlet hospitality environment is highly regarded.
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wines, beers and cocktails.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Sound understanding of rostering and Award requirements.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence in managing operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work a flexible rotating roster, including evenings and weekends as required.
