What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving bold, creative sales strategies that smash monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Hunting down new business through networking, leveraging our existing customer base, and your own industry street smarts

• Owning and growing a portfolio of loyal clients who love what we do

• Teaming up with Marketing to bring high‑impact campaigns and activations to life

• Keeping your finger on the pulse of trends, competitors, and what’s next

• Feeding insights back to the team to help shape the future of Mexink

• Rolling up your sleeves for weekend events, tastings, markets, and brand activations that put Mexink in the spotlight

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience — liquor industry experience is a massive plus

• A strong network within the NSW hospitality scene

• Solid understanding of the liquor landscape, from products to trends to competition

• Confident using CRM tools and managing your pipeline like a pro

• A team player with grit, energy, and a can‑do attitude

• Valid Australian work rights

• A current Australian driver’s license
