About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Enterprise DVP, the Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by selling Dayforce HCM solutions to mid-to-large, complex organisations within an assigned industry vertical.
As a SaaS HR specialist and a key member of the ANZ sales team, you will do more than sell technology—you will partner with customers to help them lead their workforce transformation journeys. Leveraging Dayforce’s deep industry expertise and proven experience supporting similar organisations across multiple verticals, you will design and deliver solutions that enable greater agility, data-driven decision-making, and a strong return on investment.
This role is primarily focused on new business acquisition and building long-term value for customers through strategic, consultative selling.
What You’ll Get To Do
Generate Revenue
Attains sales quota by creating and executing a business plan to exceed revenue goals and expand Dayforce’s valueDevelops mutually beneficial relationships with C suite and other key decision makers and influencers in assigned accountsLeverages knowledge of the respective territory accounts business and industry, well as Dayforce’ Regional payroll and HCM offerings and capabilities to establish value and create new opportunitiesEstablishes and executes sales strategies that effectively present a solid business case to prospects using competitive intelligence to best leverage DayforceLeads sales engagement and involves resources as needed to address prospect’s needs and business problem(s)Conducts negotiations on behalf of Dayforce to secure sales that represent good business within current sales framework, authorities, and practices
Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
Captures all relevant information in CRM systemFollows all defined processes and timelinesKeeps current on Dayforce’ processes and any relevant changes
Maintain technical knowledge
Completes HCM Certifications and maintains product proficiency in order to effectively explain the value of regional Payroll and HCM solutions and how they differ from competitorsEffectively communicates how Dayforce applications solve business problems
Skills And Experience We Value
Prior successful sales/business development experience in HR or ERP or Solution sector in AustraliaProven selling (mainly in solution selling), influencing, persuasion and negotiation skillsA team player with the ability to work independently while being managed remotelyStrong client focus and outstanding capacity to work well with multiple prospectsNegotiation skillsExcellent communication skills used in clear concise language
