Koinonia Enterprises is looking for an experienced Data Centre / Optical Fibre Technician based in Sydney to join our team.

Koinonia supports operators, hyperscalers and Tier 1 contractors across Australia in:

• Data Centre Commissioning
• Rack & Stack Deployments
• High-Density Fibre Infrastructure
• Fibre Splicing & Testing
• Structured Cabling

We deliver complex fibre and data centre infrastructure across live carrier networks, hyperscale facilities and critical telecommunications environments, where precision, compliance and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience working in Data Centre environments
• Strong experience in optical fibre cabling, installation, restoration and patching
• Fibre splicing and testing
• Structured cabling and high-density fibre infrastructure
• Rack & Stack deployments
• Fibre troubleshooting and fault rectification
• Cable routing, labelling and termination
• Good understanding of Data Centre standards and safe working practices
• Must be an Australian Citizen
• NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Must be based in Sydney
• Willing and able to travel interstate as required for projects
• Available to commence within approximately two weeks
