About the role 

Drive LPG and Industrial Gas sales growth across all markets, by embracing a “Yes We Can” mindset with customers and teams, grow the sales of LPG and Industrial Gases to all markets by pro-actively recognising customer need while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standard

Responsibilities: 

• Grow the sales of LPG and Industrial Gases to all markets by pro-actively recognising customer need while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standard
• Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calling and customer engagement.  
• Manage and service existing customers, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality account management.  
• Respond to new leads promptly and maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and forecasting.  
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards, with a strong focus on customer and personal safety.  
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, checklists, and compliance paperwork.  
• Monitor market trends and provide insights and reporting to support sales strategy.  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics, service delivery, and customer support. 

About you: 

• Experienced in similar role with strong relationship building and client management skills
• High level of self-management skills with the ability to be accountable and show autonomy
• Commercial awareness with the proven ability to develop and execute territory strategies
• Confident in cold calling and proactively developing new business opportunities.  
• Highly safety-focused with a strong understanding of compliance and procedures.  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders.  
• Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage reporting, documentation, and follow-up tasks.  
• Able to work independently within a defined territory while contributing to a team environment.
