Saul’s Sandwiches is on the hunt for seasoned and suitable sandwich hands that we can build a future with.

 Reporting directly to the owners, we are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience working in fast-paced customer facing retail – preferably in food.

• The natural ability to coach, develop and motivate others.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

• Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including weekends. A strong focus on customer service and driven by results.

• A passion in the brand.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Team/culture building, employee training and rosters. 

• Operational improvement.

• Stock management, cost control and budget management.

A minimum of one year in a management-based role is essential.
