About the role
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, organise and oversee the delivery of our concrete remedial and structural repair projects. You'll manage site crews and subcontractors, keep projects on budget and on schedule, and act as the key point of contact for clients throughout each project.
Key responsibilities
Plan, organise and coordinate construction and remedial works across allocated project sites, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to specification
Direct and monitor the performance of site crews, subcontractors and project supervisors, resolving on-site issues promptly
Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs and variations, and ensure works stay within approved scope
Liaise with clients, engineers and other stakeholders to confirm project requirements, quality standards and safety obligations are met
Prepare quotes, tenders and reports, and identify opportunities for additional works or new projects
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations and quality control processes throughout all works
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality and safety standards
About you
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in construction project management or site supervision, ideally within concrete remedial, structural repair or related construction sectors
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both client relationships and internal teams
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability, particularly when managing site issues or client escalations
Solid understanding of project management principles, construction safety regulations and quality control processes
Strong grasp of construction costs, variations and reporting processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
