We are currently seeking a diligent Storeperson to join our inwards team at our Campbellfield warehouse. Reporting directly to the Inwards Team Leader, the Storeperson will be responsible for assisting with the receipt, documentation, and organisation of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all related processes.

• Receiving Goods: Receive and check incoming stock, ensuring quantities, products and condition are accurate against relevant documentation
• Documentation & Discrepancies: Accurately record incoming goods and promptly report any shortages, damages or discrepancies to the Team Leader and relevant suppliers
• Goods Placement: Ensure received goods are correctly labelled and promptly stored in their designated warehouse locations
• Container Unloading: Assist with unloading containers, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by ensuring all received goods and stock movements are correctly recorded
• Rolling Stocktakes: Participate in daily rolling stocktake and assist in investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods to ensure products meet company quality standards and report any damaged or non-conforming stock
• Warehouse Organisation: Maintain a clean, organised and efficient receiving and storage area
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standards and procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe warehouse environment
• Teamwork: Work closely with the Inwards Team Leader and wider warehouse team to ensure stock is received, processed and available efficiently
• Reporting: Assist in generating reports on incoming goods and inventory levels as needed

• Forklift licence is essential
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational skills to manage the receiving area and inventory
• Good physical fitness and the ability to safely handle heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Sound understanding and adherence to safety and warehouse processes
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
