Final Trim Grader Operators

About the role

You will be operating graders across civil and rail construction works, completing high-quality final trim to project specifications. This is a full-time opportunity for skilled operators with proven final trim experience. You will be working on the inland rail project - Illabo to Stockinbingal, NSW. The role operates on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster with camp accommodation provided.

Key responsibilities

• Operating graders across civil and rail construction works

• Completing high-quality final trim to project specifications

• Achieving accurate final trim results consistently

• Working to levels, tolerances and final trim requirements

About you

• Current RII Grader competency

• Current VOC – Grader

• Proven Final Trim Grader Operator experience

• Previous UTS experience

• Experience working on large-scale civil, infrastructure or rail projects

• Strong understanding of levels, tolerances and final trim requirements

• Current Driver Licence

• Construction White Card

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to successfully complete all project onboarding, medical and site requirements
