EVOL LNG is seeking an organised and technically capable Maintenance Coordinator to join our Downstream LNG maintenance team in Kwinana.

This role sits at the centre of our maintenance operation, coordinating planned and corrective maintenance across a growing fleet of LNG road tankers, trailers, ISO tanks and customer LNG storage and vaporisation facilities throughout Western Australia.

You will work closely with technicians, supervisors, logistics personnel, contractors, suppliers and regional service providers to ensure maintenance work is properly planned, resourced, scheduled, recorded and closed out.

🛠️ What you’ll be doing

• Create, review, prioritise and track maintenance work orders in MEX.

• Coordinate daily, weekly and longer-term maintenance schedules.

• Monitor maintenance backlog, overdue work and outstanding corrective actions.

• Plan servicing, inspections, repairs and major maintenance activities.

• Coordinate access to vehicles, equipment and customer LNG facilities.

• Work closely with logistics and operations teams to minimise disruption to LNG deliveries and fleet availability.

• Coordinate statutory, regulatory and safety-critical maintenance activities.

• Schedule inspections, certifications, calibrations and specialist maintenance.

• Liaise with internal trades, OEMs, contractors, suppliers and regional service providers.

• Confirm that parts, materials and specialist equipment are available before scheduled work.

• Coordinate sourcing and transport of maintenance parts to regional operating locations.

• Support management of rotable spares including valves, pumps and other maintainable components.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset history in MEX.

• Produce reports covering maintenance backlog, preventative-maintenance compliance, overdue work and equipment downtime.

• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance planning, scheduling, work-order quality and asset-management processes.

👷 About you

You will be practical, organised and comfortable coordinating multiple maintenance priorities in a busy operational environment.

You understand that good maintenance planning is not simply administrative — it requires technical understanding, strong communication and the ability to anticipate what people need to complete work safely and efficiently.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience in maintenance coordination, planning or a similar role.

• A trade, maintenance-planning qualification or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in heavy industry, mobile equipment, transport, mining, oil and gas or a similar operating environment.

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.

• Experience using a CMMS, with MEX experience highly regarded.

• Good knowledge of work-management and maintenance-planning processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• The ability to prioritise competing maintenance requirements.

• A structured, process-oriented approach.

• Good Microsoft Office skills.

• A strong commitment to safety, asset reliability and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated maintenance planning, coordination or equivalent maintenance experience.

• Strong computer and CMMS capability.

• Ability to communicate effectively with tradespeople, operations personnel, contractors and suppliers.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Trade qualification or formal maintenance-planning qualification.

• Experience with MEX.

• Experience maintaining heavy transport fleets, pressure equipment or gas infrastructure.

• Experience working within LNG, oil and gas, mining, transport or industrial maintenance.

• Exposure to statutory and safety-critical maintenance requirements.
