WE’RE HIRING: Membership & Sales Consultant (Casual)

We’re looking for outgoing, confident, and community-driven personalities to join our Anytime Fitness Northern Beaches team!

👋 Who You Are:

You’re great at starting conversations and love making people feel welcome

You’re comfortable on camera, ready to film content, interviews, reels, or stories

You genuinely enjoy helping others with their goals

The thrill of closing a sale lights you up, and you know how to do it with authenticity

You want to be part of a team that’s about fun, growth, and real impact

🎯 What You’ll Do:

Engage with leads and walk-ins to convert them to members

Film short videos for social media content and club updates

Deliver outstanding member service

Support pre-sale and local marketing activities

🔄 What We’re Not Asking For:

We don’t need your resume.

Instead, we want:

A short cover letter telling us why you think you’re the right person

A quick video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and telling us:

• Who you are

• What lights you up

• Why you’re excited to work with us
