Qualifications & experience:Telco Experience Background preferred.Must have previous experience of B2B, D2D, customer service or merchandising skills.Must have regular access to a reliable vehicle.Must know the areas/suburbs of your city very well.Must be comfortable driving in metropolitan areas.Must be able to approach businesses and build rapport.Should have regular access to a computer (Laptop or PC).Should have intermediate Microsoft office skills (Word/Excel).Must have a smartphone for taking quality photos and using the latest Apps.
Tasks & responsibilities:You will be responsible for managing merchandising solutions, essentially putting up posters, planograms, counter displays and so on - promoting the new Telsim prepaid plans throughout Brisbane.Visit/Merchandise/Educate retailer-store Managers about the Telsim plans.Arrange merchandising to be put up in stores.Install POS such as posters, stands, etc. and replenish stock if needed.Take quality before and after photos of the merchandising installed.Prepare daily reports including a worksheet, stats sheet and photos.Work as a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
