About the Role

As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you will deliver outstanding workplace experiences in every interaction. This is more than a reception role - you will be central to ensuring seamless daily operations across workplace services.

You’ll work closely with the National Workplace & Operations Manager and collaborate with facilities, building management, and service vendors to ensure a smooth and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front-of-house reception and VIP visitor managementAccess pass and contractor coordinationMeeting room and event bookings, including catering coordinationMail and courier managementLocker and carpark allocation managementReactive maintenance coordination via internal systemsWeekly OH&S tenancy floor inspections and reporting

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:Strong reception, hospitality or customer service experienceProfessional communication skills (written & verbal)Excellent organization and time managementA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetAbility to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environmentHigh attention to detailCertificate III in Hospitality (preferred but not essential).
