Customer Service Representative – Flexible Part-Time / Casual

ABOUT THE ROLE

Allpest has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, organised and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Operations team.

We are looking for the right person to join us on either a permanent part-time or casual basis, with genuine flexibility around working hours.

You will work within our Operations Department and play an important role in supporting our customers, technicians, managers and sales team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Processing field paperwork for Pest Technicians through our CRM and client portal systems
• Completing data entry and general administrative processing
• Assisting with invoicing and associated documentation
• Liaising with and supporting Line Managers and our external sales team
• Providing general operational and administrative support to the wider team

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous customer service or administration experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving abilities
• The ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive, practical and team-focused attitude
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
