About the Role
Help shape the future of mental health services through impactful psychology projects that improve care, strengthen practice and support better outcomes. You'll lead strategic initiatives, build strong partnerships and help drive innovation across CALHN's Mental Health Clinical Program.
• Lead large scale psychology projects
• Build partnerships with staff and consumers
• Drive service improvement and best practice
• Evaluate programs and measure outcomes
• Shape policy and workforce capability
About You
You're a strategic allied health leader who enjoys driving change, leading projects and improving mental health services through collaboration and innovation.
• Eligible clinical psychology, social work or OT registration
• Experience leading complex health projects and teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership skills
• Expertise in mental health and quality improvement
• Skilled in project management, analysis and report writing
