About the role

Are you a motivated and energetic sales professional with a passion for health and fitness?
We are seeking a sales driven, administration savvy person who is passionate about fitness and wellness to join our team. At Anytime Fitness Riverlea, we are dedicated to helping our members achieve their goals and feel their best, and we are looking for someone who shares that passion for supporting people on their health journey.

This is a casual position with flexible hours and the potential to grow into a part-time or full-time role for the right person. You’ll enjoy working in a dynamic, supportive, and rewarding environment within one of Australia’s leading fitness brands.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Respond to sales enquiries via phone calls, emails & social media platforms

• Assist with marketing outreach, including handing out flyers and similar activities

• Manage membership retention by engaging with customers

• Building on club culture through engagement with social media

• Keep the club clean and tidy

• Use our CRM and billing systems to manage administrative tasks and records

• Support the Club Manager to achieve team & individual targets

Experience & attributes:

• Availability for evening shifts during the week

• Must be available for morning shifts on Saturday

• Sales experience is a desirable

• First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain

• Police and Working With Children checks or willingness to obtain

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Certificate III in Fitness or higher is advantageous, though non-essential

• Comfortable being in front of the camera & contribute to social media content

• Ability to work well within a team environment

• Be friendly and welcoming manner with customers

• Motivation to achieve sales results
