We currently have multiple vacancies for experienced and IMMEDIATELY available Administration professionals across blue and white collar industries, who are available for both short and long term assignments throughout Perth's metro area. Assignments ranging from 4 weeks - 3 months

**Working Holiday Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply**

Roles include:

• Receptionists
• Administrators - strong Excel skills and accuracy required
• HR/ Recruitment Administrators
• Governance Officers

Locations:

• Osborne Park
• Perth CBD
• Belmont
• Forrestdale

Duties will depend on role, but to be considered you MUST have:

• 1 - 2 years' experience within a broad administrative role
• Must be available within 1 week to start
• The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
• Be extremely reliable, organised and self-motivated
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
• Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
• The confidence to ask questions where needed
• The ability to be self-motivated and able to work alone or as part of a team
• A friendly and 'can-do' demeanour
