About the role
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist
Beg Your Pardon | Adelaide CBD
10–15 hours per week | In-store
At Beg Your Pardon, exceptional tailoring is about more than measurements. It is about craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering an experience clients remember. Every garment is made to order. Every client receives a highly personalised service.
We are looking for someone who shares that standard and can bring it to life across our digital channels and physical space.
This is a hands-on role based in our Adelaide showroom. You will take ownership of our digital presence while also maintaining the visual standard of the store. The work sits primarily in e-commerce and digital marketing, with visual merchandising as an important supporting responsibility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and continually improving our Shopify website
Optimising the online customer experience and conversion
Planning and managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns
Creating elevated social media and digital content
Using modern AI tools to produce high-quality images and video
Improving search visibility through SEO
Maintaining the visual presentation of the showroom so the physical space and digital presence feel consistent
Monitoring performance and identifying clear opportunities for growth
This is not a primarily customer-facing role. From time to time you may have light engagement with clients in the store.
Above all, every touchpoint - online and in-store - must reflect the same quality, professionalism and attention to detail that clients experience with our tailoring.
You will have solid experience with:
Shopify
Digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, SEO)
AI tools for image and video creation
Visual presentation / visual merchandising principles
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Just as importantly, you will be someone who:
Has a strong eye for design, detail and premium presentation
Understands luxury brands and high-end customer experiences
Takes genuine pride in producing exceptional work
Presents themselves in a way that suits a premium environment
Thinks commercially and enjoys solving problems
Is organised, proactive and self-motivated
Enjoys learning and using new technology
This is an opportunity to help shape the digital side of one of Australia’s leading made-to-measure tailoring businesses. You will have real ownership, direct access to decision-making, flexible part-time hours, and the chance to work with modern AI tools while helping build a genuinely premium Australian brand.
If you care about craftsmanship, visual standards, and using technology to grow a business properly, we would like to hear from you.
