We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Diploma Educator to join our team, supporting Mini Masterminds centres across Schofields, Tallawong, Riverstone.

About The Role

As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.

This is a 5 day part-time position (20 hours per week) that requires you to travel between our Schofields, Tallawong, Riverstone centres, providing support where it is needed most. This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys variety, building relationships across multiple teams, and making a positive impact across several services.

Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programsCreate a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environmentObserve and document children's learning and developmentBuild positive relationships with children, families, and colleaguesCollaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and careEnsure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centreSupport children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificationsCurrent Child Protection training/certificateStrong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsA genuine passion for early childhood educationA current Australian driver's licenceAccess to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between Mini Masterminds centres
