Pizza Chef

Iris Hotel Group spans multiple, well known, large turnover venues within the Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, with a variety of dining and entertainment offerings.

Roles Available - Pizza chef

The key requirements to include are: 

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a pizza chef

• Experience working with a woodfired style pizza oven

• Confident with hand-stretching and preparing Neapolitan-style pizzas

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

•              Previous chef/cook experience within a similar fast-paced environment

•              The ability to run a section for a smooth, organized service

•              Excellent communication skills – Ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen

•              Sensational time management skills

•              Team player

•              Passionate about the end product

•              Professional, polished appearance (for our open kitchens)

•              A positive attitude – proactive, optimistic and flexible

•              Desire to succeed in your chosen career

•              At least Certificate III in Cookery
