Facilitator – Employability Skills Training | Caloundra

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Facilitator to deliver Employability Skills Training (EST) programs to participants in a face-to-face environment and virtual. In this role, you will mentor, guide, and facilitate learning to help participants build practical skills and access meaningful employment opportunities.

This government-funded initiative is designed to support participants in developing job-ready capabilities, enhancing confidence, improving digital literacy, and strengthening their competitiveness within the local labour market.

📍 Location: Caloundra 🕒 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)

Requirements of the role:

• Previous experience in Workforce Australia or Employment Services (ideal but not essential) 
• Must be able to network with potential employers and build relationships
• Confident promoting program to Employment Service providers
• Proficient with technology and strong Administration skills

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those for whom English is a second language
• Dynamic facilitator with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to promote our clients to potential employers
• Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• The ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills
• Professional presentation
