About the role
The Clinical Trainer will design, deliver, and assess competency-based training programs that build capability across MSWA's workforce. You will facilitate engaging clinical and compliance training, assess staff competencies, develop learning resources, and support employees to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services in line with NDIS and other regulatory requirements.
Working collaboratively with operational leaders, clinicians, and quality teams, you will help foster a culture of continuous learning, compliance, and clinical excellence, ensuring our people have the skills and confidence to achieve the best outcomes for those we support. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing and empowering a workforce that makes a difference every day.
