About the role

You will assist with Phone and accessory sales. Also diagnose and repair phones, tablets, MacBooks and laptops, performing screen, battery, charging port and logic-board repairs. You will troubleshoot hardware and software faults, record repairs and parts in the POS system, communicate professionally with customers, and assist with sales and general store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair phones, tablets, MacBooks and laptops

About you

• Minimum 1 year mobile/electronics repair experience

• Experience with Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel and other major brands

• Confident using soldering equipment, multimeters and repair tools

• Good troubleshooting and customer service skills

• Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure

• Leadership qualities preferred

• Valid driver's licence preferred
