About the role
Behind every successful deployment is a team that gets the staging right. In this role, you’ll ensure mobility and ICT equipment is accurately prepared, secure, and ready for rollout—helping enterprise customers succeed from day one.
Based at Kemps Creek, you’ll stage, configure, and commission Android and Apple devices, routers, switches, and wireless technology before they’re delivered to customers.
PLEASE NOTE : This role is for a fixed term of 2 years.

What you’ll do
Stage and configure Android and Apple mobility devices ready for customer use.
Prepare ICT equipment such as routers, switches, and wireless technology.
Learn how service requests and incidents are managed within agreed timeframes.
Work with experienced team members to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality outcomes for customers.
About you
You’re studying, recently completed, or have a strong interest in IT, networking, cyber security, telecommunications, or a related technology field.
You enjoy hands-on technical work and learning how devices and systems are set up and supported.
You have strong attention to detail and can follow processes accurately.
You’re organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy team environment.
You communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and are keen to keep building your technical skills.
