Mechanical Workshop Manager – Mullumbimby, NSW
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Workshop Manager to lead our busy and well-established automotive workshop in Mullumbimby, NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with strong mechanical knowledge, workshop management experience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. About the Role
As Workshop Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will lead and support the team while maintaining excellent relationships with customers and suppliers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Proven experience in a similar workshop management or supervisory role.
· Strong mechanical knowledge and trade qualifications (preferred).
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· The ability to prioritise work and manage a fast-paced workshop.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· A current driver's licence.
· Achieve budgets and sales targets
