Pool Installer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified plumber to join our skilled team in the Gippsland & Casey/Cardinia regions. In this role, you will take ownership of pool installation projects from site preparation through to completion, ensuring every job meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in the installation of fibreglass swimming pools

• Prepare sites, level ground, and position pool shells accurately

• Operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles

• Lead and mentor team members on site

• Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service

• Ensure compliance with WHS protocols and company standard

About you

• Cert III in Plumbing

• Proven ability to work independently and lead a small on-site team

• A valid driver's licence

• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach with clients

• Strong practical skills with power tools and trade equipment

• Plumbing: 1 year (Required)
