We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to play a pivotal role supporting senior management within our fast-paced property and finance business in Brighton.
Key Responsibilities
High-level administrative and personal support to senior management
Managing diaries, appointments, meetings, travel and schedules
Preparing correspondence, documents, reports and presentations
Managing emails, phone calls and day-to-day communications
Assisting with property and finance-related administration and transactions
Liaising with clients, brokers, solicitors, accountants and agents
Maintaining organised files, records and databases
Coordinating business, household and personal tasks as required
Identifying ways to improve systems, processes and efficiency

Essential:
Previous experience as a PA, EA, Office Manager or similar
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong computer and technology skills including Microsoft Office suite
Professional presentation and communication style
Current driver's licence
Desirable:
Experience in property, finance, mortgage broking or professional services
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or related qualification
Understanding of property transactions and finance processes
