Maintenance Team Leader - Tumbarumba

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to lead a dedicated maintenance team at our Tumbarumba Mill.

An existing Maintenance Supervisor, or A Leading Hand or Senior Tradesperson ready to take the next step into leadership.

About The Role

You will provide leadership, coaching and direction to our maintenance team while ensuring safe, efficient and reliable plant operation.

Trade or engineering background Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential Strong communication skills Commitment to safety and team development Industrial maintenance experience
