The Corporate Services team includes human resources, procurement, payroll, business operations and digital and technology services. It helps the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport to reach its mission to enable dynamic and inclusive communities and support the WA economy through effective regulation and the facilitation of outstanding sporting and cultural experiences and opportunities. 

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts and Procurement Officer to join our Digital and Technology Services team. In this role, you will provide procurement and contract management support, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.

The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of efficient and effective procurement services while supporting stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ICT contract documentation, including requests for quotes (RFQs), tenders, and supporting materials in line with public sector and organisational requirements.
• Support contract management and compliance activities, including monitoring contractor performance against KPIs and ensuring obligations are met.
• Provide administrative support for contract management, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and well maintained.
• Liaise with key stakeholders, including the CITS Procurement team and DaTS leadership, to support procurement processes and forward planning.

This role is based at 140 William Street, Perth.
