Technical Support Advisor

he Opportunity:
This role offers a proactive, motivated and tech savvy team player the opportunity to join a dynamic team, high performing team. You will support our partners- Coles with your technical resource skills, remotely monitoring Refrigeration, HVAC and Lighting systems within stores.

This is a Part-time Permanent opportunity working 4 days on, 4 days off between 4:30pm and 9:30pm

Your key responsibilities will include:

Working within a fast-paced Contact Centre environment that operates 24/7 and provides Contact Centre services to our partnersWork in a control room environment, monitoring alarm systemsManage high volume of outbound calls to field technicians and storesAccurately enter dataDeliver customer service to our partners and our field-based team members in our state of the art technical and sustainability centre

You will be required to have:

Demonstrated experience using multiple systems concurrentlyA high level of attention to detailCustomer service experience within a Contact Centre environment - preferredPrevious experience in a Technical Support or service role - preferred
