Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

Designed in Australia since 2018, Sea Level makes swimwear and resort wear for long days at the beach and for the holidays we plan the year around. Luxe fabrications, body-sculpting silhouettes and a fit that works, on every woman, every summer.

We're looking for a creatively driven Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. If you have a sharp eye for design, a passion for beautiful brand storytelling and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you'll work closely with the Design and E-commerce Teams to bring the Sea Level brand to life across every customer touchpoint.

From campaign creative and social content to e-commerce, packaging, retail collateral and video, you'll produce thoughtful, beautifully crafted work that reflects our premium aesthetic and strengthens our brand across every channel.

This is a broad, hands-on role within a growing Australian fashion business where creativity, collaboration and attention to detail are highly valued.

• Interpret creative briefs in collaboration with the Marketing, Design and E-commerce teams to deliver engaging, on-brand creative.

• Design and produce assets across website, e-commerce, EDMs, social media, digital advertising and retail channels.

• Develop seasonal campaign creative across multiple customer touchpoints while maintaining a consistent premium brand aesthetic.

• Create and adapt digital and print assets including POS, packaging, lookbooks, swing tags, wholesale collateral, invitations and marketing materials.

• Retouch, edit and prepare imagery for both digital and print applications.

• Produce engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other digital platforms, including editing, motion graphics and typography.

• Leverage AI-powered creative tools—including Adobe Firefly, Generative Fill and similar technologies—to streamline production, explore concepts and enhance creative output while maintaining exceptional quality.

• Collaborate closely with the Design team to ensure seasonal collections, colour palettes and product stories translate seamlessly into marketing creative.

• Prepare technically accurate, print-ready artwork across packaging, stationery and branded collateral.

• Create creative assets supporting retail, wholesale, trade shows and events.

• Maintain and continually evolve Sea Level's visual identity across every customer touchpoint.

• Organise and maintain digital asset libraries and file management systems.

• Contribute ideas during creative development while confidently applying established brand guidelines.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality work on time.

You'll combine creative thinking with strong technical capability and enjoy moving between campaign concepts and day-to-day production.

You'll bring:

• 2–3 years experience in an in-house or agency graphic design role.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating beautifully crafted digital and print work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

• Strong video editing skills.  Creating engaging social-first video content is an essential part of this role.

• Experience using AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly,  Runway, Canva AI or similar to improve workflow efficiency and creative exploration.

• A genuine passion for fashion, swimwear, beauty or lifestyle brands, with an eye for premium visual storytelling.

• A strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.

• Experience preparing artwork for both digital and commercial print production.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• Exceptional attention to detail—you notice the smallest inconsistencies before anyone else does.
