MotorOne is recruiting a Car Care Consultant for a successful Bayside Dealership.

About the role:
The role of a Car Care Consultant involves selling aftermarket vehicle protection products to new and used car buyers. You will be liaising with the sales team during your time at the dealership, managing the profit of the car care department, and providing excellent customer care at every opportunity. • Promoting the benefits and providing accurate advice of the aftermarket products

• Responding to all aftermarket enquiries

• Maximising sales to achieve set targets and KPI’s

• Maintaining an up-to-date sales log

• Operating cohesively with all departments throughout the Dealership

• Providing post-sale customer support

 
About you:
We are looking for someone who…

• Has a proven track record in sales

• Car Care Sales experience preferred but not essential

• Has a passion for sales and customer service

• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Can work independently and part of a team

• Has a willingness to learn and achieve targets

• Is well presented, highly motivated and reliable

• Has an eye for detail and accuracy

Benefits:

• 8:30am - 5pm 5 days a week, including Saturday

• Mid week RDO
