The Role

To help in our mission to continue being the best in what we do, Storage King is currently seeking an individual to become a Store Manager in a full-time role to join our team based in Lane Cove.

Store Managers are key to the day-to-day management of the store and work hand in hand with the leadership team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.

Our Storage Managers are involved with several aspects of our operation including, customer sales, service, administrative support and facility maintenance. There are opportunities for personal growth across each of these areas.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 10am to 6pm

Total 38 hours per week

We Are Open

Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm

Saturday 9am - 5pm

Sunday 10am - 4pm

Some flexibility will be required for this role.

What You Need

Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales roleSelf-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and directionEnjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasksPrior management or supervisor experience in a retail, sales or hospitality environment desirableHigh level of attention to detail across all tasksPassion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethicEnthusiasm as a team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks Goal orientated and results drivenWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of computer literacyDrivers license
