Customer Service Agent

Are you reliable, driven, and customer-focused? We want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Concrete Contact Centre at North Ryde on a 12 month fixed term contract!

We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Agent to support our customers with orders and general enquiries. You’ll work Monday to Friday between our operating hours of 6am - 6pm, with the opportunity for Saturday overtime on rotation.

What you’ll be doing

• Receive and process customer orders quickly and accurately (full training provided)
• Learn about our plant production and truck network capabilities
• Track deliveries and update customers using our vehicle tracking systems
• Build strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams

• Computer literacy and eagerness to learn
