Client & Agent Relations Executive – Sales & Marketing

About the role

This is an excellent step-up opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, sales, account coordination, real estate or practical marketing who is ready to take greater ownership of their career. You will build relationships with new and some existing real-estate agents, follow up enquiries and opportunities, represent our company at agency meetings and turn our completed styling projects into engaging marketing content. You do not need to be a senior sales manager or marketing specialist; however, you must proactively approach new clients, identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, build strong relationships with potential partners, and consistently achieve or exceed your KPIs. You need to be organised, comfortable speaking with new people and willing to follow up consistently. This is not purely a customer-service or desk-based marketing position. A significant part of the role involves proactively contacting and visiting real-estate agents across Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with real-estate agents and agency offices

• Contact prospective agents by phone, email, social media and face-to-face visits

• Introduce and confidently explain our property styling services

• Follow up new enquiries, quotations, previous clients and sales opportunities

• Manage agent and client relationships from the first conversation through to ongoing referrals

• Maintain accurate contact records, follow-up reminders and sales-pipeline updates

• Assist with planning and implementing practical marketing campaigns

• Create professional content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

• Capture before-and-after photos, short property videos, testimonials and behind-the-scenes content

• Create basic social-media graphics, brochures and presentations using Canva

About you

• Experience in customer service, sales, account management, real estate or a related role

• Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills

• Confidence making outbound calls and arranging face-to-face meetings

• The ability to build trust quickly and represent the company professionally

• A practical understanding of social-media content and digital marketing

• Basic experience with Canva or similar design tools

• The ability to write clear emails, captions and promotional content

• Confidence taking photos and recording short videos using a phone

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for agency visits

We style approximately 600 homes each year and work with agents and agencies across Melbourne. We are a small, close-knit team of six people.
