You will be supported through on-the-job training designed to build confidence and expand your skills. We offer guidance with pharmacy training, including mentoring and flexible scheduling to help balance work and learning.  

There are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, from assisting with daily operations to mentoring new team members, and there are clear pathways to leadership roles such as Retail Manager, 2IC, or Safety Champion. Our modern dispensary is well organised and recently updated for smooth and efficient workflow, and our break room is clean, comfortable, and equipped for a quick recharge. Our location is convenient, close to public transport and local amenities, making it easy to get to and take breaks!

In this fast paced, multifaceted role, you are required to perform tasks under Pharmacist supervision to the standards set by The Pharmacy Board of Australia, The Pharmacy Guild and QCPP.
