About the role

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Loader to join our team at our Mittagong Quarry. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy machinery to support the efficient extraction and processing of high-quality quarry materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment, with a primary focus on front-end loader and excavator operations 
• Conduct safe and effective excavation and material handling operations
• Perform daily pre-start checks and routine inspections to ensure plant and equipment are safe and operational
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
• Follow all site safety procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines

What we’re looking for

• Experience operating Front-End Loaders and excavators in a quarry, mining, or similar environment
• Experience with Excavators is highly regarded
• Solid understanding of quarry operations and materials processing
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently under minimal supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
