Belmont Dental Surgery is looking for a confident, commercially minded leader to take full ownership of our Belmont practice. About the Role

As Practice Manager / Front Office Leader, you'll work closely with our clinicians and support team to ensure the practice operates efficiently while achieving strong patient and business outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the front office team through hands-on leadership and coaching.

• Taking full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the practice.

• Managing appointment flow and clinician schedules to maximise productivity.

• Supporting treatment acceptance through exceptional patient communication and follow-up.

• Driving recall, reactivation, and patient retention systems.

• Monitoring key performance indicators and continually improving clinic performance.

• Creating a positive, high-performing culture built on accountability and teamwork.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has significant experience managing a busy dental practice or leading a high-performing dental front office.

• Is an exceptional leader who motivates, coaches, and develops others.

• Leads from the front and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

• Has strong commercial awareness and understands what drives a successful practice.

• Is confident discussing treatment plans, finance options, and patient care.

• Takes ownership, makes decisions, and follows through.

• Is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
