As an XPENG Product Specialist, you will play a key role in showcasing the brand, educating customers on vehicle technology and features, and creating an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

What You'll Be Doing

As an XPENG Product Specialist, you'll be the product expert and brand ambassador for XPENG at CARCO Midland.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and providing an exceptional showroom experience.
• Demonstrating XPENG vehicles, technology and innovative features through engaging presentations and test drives.
• Educating customers on electric vehicle ownership, charging solutions, connectivity and smart vehicle technology.
• Building strong relationships with customers and guiding them through the sales journey.
• Managing customer enquiries and maintaining accurate records within dealership systems.
• Assisting with vehicle deliveries and ensuring a memorable handover experience.
• Supporting dealership marketing activities, events and vehicle launches.
• Staying up to date with XPENG products, technology advancements and industry trends.
• Working collaboratively with Sales, Finance & Insurance and Aftercare teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual who is passionate about technology, customer service and the future of mobility.

You will have:

✅ Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage people from diverse backgrounds.

✅ Confidence presenting and explaining technology and product features.

✅ A genuine passion for electric vehicles, innovation and emerging technology.

✅ A proactive, energetic and customer-focused approach.

✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

✅ The ability to work weekends as part of a rotating roster.

✅ Current C Class Driver's Licence.

Highly regarded but not essential:

⭐ Previous automotive sales or product specialist experience.

⭐ The ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to support our diverse customer base and enhance the customer experience.

⭐ Experience working with premium brands or technology-focused products.
